Who actually teaches the training?
James Kwon, founder of Figmints, teaches the live webinar personally — it's not outsourced or pre-recorded. The office hours that follow are staffed by the Alchemy team.
How much time does this take from our franchisees and members?
One live webinar to start, plus optional office hours over the next six months. There's no homework or setup required on your side — we run it, your group attends.
What's included in the entry-level Alchemy membership?
Access to the branded Alchemy portal: plug-and-play templates for email, social, events, and SEO, AI-powered content and campaign tools, and the monthly training library. À la carte production services, like paid SEO or ad management, aren't included at the entry level, but are available if your group wants them later.
Will this affect our brand control?
No. Everything runs through a branded portal built around your organization's look and guidelines, so every location or member stays consistent with your brand, not ours.
What happens after the six months?
Nothing happens automatically. Your group can continue on a paid Alchemy plan if it's working, or walk away with no obligation. There's no contract to cancel.
